ACES Early Head Start Services program utilizes existing family and child services to expand their capacity to provide a comprehensive array of family and child support unique to the Early Head Start experience.  ACES EHS’s mission is to ensure that the cornerstones of child development, family development, staff development and community building are in place for Middlesex County’s eligible families.
