Guidelines for enrollment into the MIOP programs: For the Nurturing Families Network (NFN) program the parent/mother must be prenatal in order to enroll and/or the baby can not be older than 6 months at time of registration. Families can not have any involvement with DCF and it must be the mother/parent first child. For the Healthy Start program the mother/parent must be prenatal and a Hartford resident. Only families that are enrolled with MIOP may receive diapers from these programs.
