Keefe Community Center Diaper Program Referrals are made internally only and the programs aims to enhance the quality of life of all Hamden residents by providing educational, recreational and social services through coordinated or direct services. The program is best known for providing emergency services to people in need through its food bank, shelter to families displaced by fire, or assistance to families facing heating emergencies.
