Family Center Inc.’s mission is to empower children, adults, families and communities to realize their potential. They primarily serve families who are low income and struggling to cover expenses related to housing, food, clothing, etc. Their home visiting program utilizes an evidence- based model and connects families to behavioral health and physical health services, along with other community resources. No external referrals.
